Who is Mike?

Mike is an accomplished professional with a wide range of experiences. He obtained his Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2010 and subsequently provided counseling services to high school students through Outreach Concern in Los Angeles.

Having moved to London in 2017, Mike spent three years as a BACP-registered therapist specializing in supporting individuals diagnosed with personality disorders, emotional regulation, interpersonal difficulties, anger management, and anxiety/depression. In addition, Mike volunteered at The Listening Place, a charity dedicated to supporting individuals struggling with suicidal thoughts caused by low self-esteem, ruminating negative perceptions, intense anxiety, and severe trauma.

Upon his return to Los Angeles in 2023, Mike transitioned his focus to life coaching, leveraging his extensive life experiences to inform his client-centered approach. Drawing from his diverse background and knowledge base, Mike is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their goals and find balance in their lives. 

Mike’s professional journey has been varied and includes experience in finance and real estate development, having received his undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from the University of Arizona in 1987. His distinct history has equipped him with a broad perspective and an ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life.
